Fitted Ruched Cowl Neck/Off the Shoulder Dress

This dress features a thick, flattering material. Ruching along sides and in some random spots on front and back. Diagonal seams on front and back add interest. Neck line can be cowl neck, or you can pull the cowl down to make an off the shoulder effect. Neck even long enough to put over head as hood! In last picture, I pulled one sleeve all the way up under the neck line. Super cute with leggings. There is a rip (approx 1" long) on the seam one on side (pictured), but should be able to be sewn.
