What I mean is that there are all adjustable, each color is a different size, so what I do is I go off of what size top I wear, because you can make it tighter or loser with the corset ties up the back. And the skirt has elastic around the top. I love these, I love Victorian Style looking clothes & these remind me of that era 💋

moongoddess7 @jonesie02 okay so laying flat without any stretch it's 17inch. With stretch it can go to 22.5 inches laying flat. I have all the colors but the green.. I love the Victorian style clothing. Old soul I guess 😊 Lmk I'm getting my orders together to go out today right now! Good timing😘
