caprock13 @raven0318 these measurements are taken with the waist flat and not stretched at all -- small -- waist 25 in and inseam 24 1/2 inches; medium -- waist 27 and inseam 25 1/4 inches; large-- waist 29 inches and inseam 26 1/4 inches. For me these ran true to size. Let me know if you have other questions.
