@sigmonkatie hi there! I think it would fit a junior size 3. I am a junior size 7 so I can’t try it on for reference though so I’m not 100% sure. I did add two more photos where I put a 16.9 ounce water bottle across the waist and across the chest so that you have a better point of reference of how wide it is when laid flat. I hope this helps!
