Floral Off Shoulder Shorts Dress Romper Cape S M

This is a really pretty soft stretchy Romper it's unfortunately too big for me. It's very flattering and pretty on I just have to Belt it really tight to keep it in place. It does however have an elastic band that's meant to keep it in place it's just too big on me again. It is a size small but I think it could be worn on a small or medium. 🌹 Color best represented in First pictures.
