catferris11 @kellygutknecht HI! so sorry for the delay. The measurements when the dress is lying flat are: Bust - 12.5- 16" (There is a smocked elastic back), waist - 13", hips - 16", strap to bottom - 37" . No zipper, but the elastic back makes it easy to get on and off.

kellygutknecht @catferris11 wait the hips are 32 inches? An average woman that’s thin has 36 inch hips So is this like a 00 and super straight down? The widest point of the dress where the hips would go at 32 seems so small. 😩😔

catferris11 @kellygutknecht This is just the measurement of the dress lying flat on a surface. This dress fits me and I am between a 4 and 6 in Free People usually. For reference, my hip measurement is 36".
