O'Neill Hadley Dress

BRAND NEW DRESS!!! NEVER BEEN WORN! It is a watercolor floral dress that is very beautiful!! I got this from Tilly's online and tried it on and it wasn't very flattery on my body so it has just been in my closet. I think it would be better on someone with a bigger chest.
