marielaponce7 @giraffesmom yep that’s what I been doing since yesterday, i edit the address but once i click update says that a following confirmation code will be send to my email address and am not receiving it since yesterday i tried to do it so many times now am unable to do it that’s why im trying to contact support but not response yet of what to do , i even follow some steps that they have in the help center but they don’t work :(

I have 7 days to ship the item before you can cancel, now I can cancel the order for you to repurchase but you’re going to be charged again, and it may take several days before your credit card is credited with the original purchase amount. I’m not sure if that’s what you would like to do or I can just try and write the Apt # and cross out fingers it doesn’t get returned?? Do you live in a large complex?
