Cotton Floral Blouse

This very lightweight cotton blouse would be perfect for evening time. Has 3/4 sleeves and ties in back. Beautiful black and grey floral print on white fabric with delicate ribbon brocade down neckline. In EUC. It does not have a size marking but is definitely an XS/S for a small busted woman. I wear a S and am 36B and it has always been too tight across the chest for me to wear. Please ask if you have any questions.
