Width at bust Approx 23 inches (flat- so approx 46!) Length approx 19. Cute little bronze faux buttons down the front that add even more sass! Scrunched top area. Fabric is 100% rayon and has a very soft silky airy feeling. Very Stretchy. No flaws found.
