marisaturk93 @alysonicole27 the waist is about 11in but SUPER stretchy and the length is around 44in..I just added 2 pictures with the measurements I took :)

marisaturk93 @alysonicole27 no fading or stains..the pants are a super soft cotton material..I am adding a picture of the inside tag. You probably could cut them! There is a seam at the bottom off the pants but i think it would be ok..I cut my jeans with seams all the time :)
