Just this year is what I heard. They use it as an immunization but it might not be in general use yet. My DaVinci has tumors. I pray he is with me longer

@rockyj57 Thank you so much for your kind words. Please accept my deepest sympathy to you and your daughter. That cancer sounds like part of the name my baby had. I have a whole file on it. I am going to look for it later and tell you the exact name. It sounds like it is in the same family. That horrible, undetectable, incurable cancer. I still feel so much guilt that I was not able to detect any symptoms. Although, they say you never see any symptoms. That is the worst part of it. ๐

@rockyj57 I am so sorry to hear that. I donโt think itโs exactly the same but it is probably in the same family. Itโs a really long name. Mine was totally undetectable. She just didnโt eat one day.
Does not show up in blood work. Some signs showed up in X-ray. Then ultrasound. ๐

@rockyj57 Iโm still researching this horrible cancer. What I was told was that it is not a type of cancer that people get. That is why the research is evidently going at a very slow unacceptable pace. Will give you more info later as soon as I catch up with my shares. ๐

To rescue the ones that do not get picked because they are old. Unfortunately, I live in a condo. If I ever get the opportunity to move, that is my plan. Rescue as many as I can. @lindachris Aww, Thanks. Glad to have met you, as well. I am divorced now, but while married we owned 3 Rescues;1 Rottie, 1 Dobie; and 1 โDesert Dog โ that we saved in the Mohave.. The Dobie passed, and the Rottie passed shortly(๐). Then we ended up with a โChitโ (Chow/Pit) that I insisted we pull off Death Row. Blind, learned the lay of our land by constantly walking between my knees๐. We gave him two years of an AWESOME LIFE!!! Now I Share Joint Custody Of our Korean Jindoโs Jaxx and Brando๐๐

Sorry for your loss. I do animal rescue and currently my personal dog Cherry is fighting cancer. This yr her treatments alone have cost me over 36k so my closet is also being used to fund her care. Thanks for what you are doing to fund raise. Good luck with your sales! ๐

Loving your Dolce doggie and such a creative name, lovinโ it! Haha! He looks exactly like my Casey who also sadly passed away (2015) from cancer. I didnโt even know he had it. It was like one minute he was there, next minute he was gone. The worst part was I lost my dad just a couple months earlier! Also suddenly! I was like, well damn, this really sucks! Anyway just wanted to say sorry about your doggie. They do become family! Good luck with your charity!๐

@lindachris thank you luv. I appreciate that. My baby was so protective and loyal of me, he wouldnโt leave me until I literally told him he could go. He died laying on my floor while I was talking to him petting him telling him it was okay to leave me and that Iโll be okay. About 5 minutes after I told him that, he passed. I mean I knew he was going to die, just didnโt know why. Didnโt mean it didnโt hurt any less. Theyโre not just animals! Donโt worry, luv, the Rainbow Bridge is real! ๐๐

Hi Linda my sweet PFF, ty for stopping by to check on me. I cant help but share your closet. Its in my heart to share, lol. I am doing ok, i had my 2nd procedure yesterday, much easier & less invasive then the 1st one. Yes a little sore & swollen, but i am on the road to recovery. I go in every month for ultra sounds & in 3 months I shld be able to go back to physical therapy. Phewwww i am so over it, lol How r u? are u ready for the holidays.

Happy to share your closet. I'm retired/trying to downsize - I spend a LOT of time trying to keep up & share when I have a new "follower". I may cut back soon, but for now, I'll share often. Losing a pet is awful - especially at an early age. I was in elem school when our dog contracted some weird disease & the vet had no clue how to help him. He was only 1& my mother just couldn't be in the house w/o a special "friend". Mom, my brothers & I went to the ASPCA & we brought home a great mutt!! :)

I am so sorry for your loss, it is so hard to lose our little cuddle buddies I have lost several over my many years and it gets harder every time, but their love and what we can give them is worth it, we now have two more fur buddies who give us everything and we give them everything, they will be our last and we just hope they last as long as we do๐๐
