skossup hello! Just purchased this necklace & was thrilled when it came in the mail. I have worn it only twice & is already turning to a brown color. It left a color mark on my skin :( What can I do with this item?

moonsidejewelry @skossup hi there, we’re terribly sorry for the inconvenience and that is odd! we haven’t had anyone report this happening but just make sure you keep it away from water. also was there any chance you got water on it? anyways, you could optionally use clear nail polish and cover any areas where it’s turning brown ♥️
