Out of this world stunning Victorian style bracelet made out of fancy ribbon and bead work with rhinestone accents. This was a beautiful gift to my sister but it is small and doesn’t fit her wrist. It is 6” when closed and fits tight like a watch band on me. Please use string to measure because it can not be enlarged. It is new in the box and never worn but as a gift there are no tags.
