Festival Hat Indigo Blue with Ethnic Woven Band

Beanie, beret, great for festival. Made in Guatemala. Colorful ethnic woven band with hook and loop closure in back for adjusting. 100% Cotton. I Purchased in a boutique in New Mexico in the early 90’s and never wore. I’ve decided I don’t like myself in hats🙃 This can be worn as beret off to side, slouched back, or pulled down more.
