Blue and white seersucker crochet striped dress

A summer must have! I purchased this last year at a boutique store in Europe. Washed and worn once. There are no tags inside the dress but when I purchased it was labeled a small. Please see last picture as it could easily accommodate a XS-S and possibly a medium depending on how tight you tie the fabric belt. 29” long at crochet and up to 18” for waist. Elastic off the shoulder neck. Underneath is sleeveless (see picture). Excellent, like new condition.
