lovepilates @kalena65 That’s awesome!!! I’ve been taking Pilates for 10 years now.....reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrel and more recently Zoom mat. After I picked the username, I realized it didn’t really have anything to do with clothing.....oh well, I love Pilates ❤️. My instructor is a master instructor who studied under Lolita San Miguel...who took from Joseph Pilates. I’ve had 5 back surgeries...spinal fusions from ballet and this is by far the best exercise for me. Take care and stay safe 😍

kalena65 @lovepilates I’ve been practicing for 15 yrs, teaching for 11yrs and I’m STOTT trained. I’m also a former Ballet dancer, then a Biochemist, my favorite career is Pilates. It combines my love of dance/movement and science. I work with lots of post rehab clients. I was at Life Time before Covid, now I have a small studio in my home with a Tower Reformer/ Chair/ barrels. Love what I do! 💕💕💕
