Betsey Johnson silk print dress

Betsey Johnson silk dress. I think I bought this dress from a boutique in the year 2000. Size 4. Great dress. Has open, flowing sleeves, a drape neck and an optional super skinny belt that ties (made from the same material as dress including the print). Worn only 2 or 3 times. I would say this dress is in like new condition. Great piece! Hits just below on me and I am almost 5’6”
