Vintage Mollie Parnis Boutique dress is fully lined with zipper closure in back. This stunning dress in black with stylized yellow and orange floral motif has long bell sleeves with black cuffs. Bow embellished attached black ribbon belt has hook and eye closure. Some fraying on ends of bow (see pics). In excellent vintage condition.
Mollie Parnis designed for many First Ladies. She started her Boutique line in 1970. This dress is probably early in the line’s run.

Can you describe the fabric and whether there is any "give" in the material? All measurements are perfect except the bust is 2" small. Thank you.

@bohmer Hi there! Thanks for your question. This feels like a silk and there really isn’t any stretch. That being said, I took my measurements straight across and there are darts that might accommodate an extra couple of inches.
