Bc that is a blatant LIE, lol I wouldnt touch a cigarette with a ten foot pole or be around people or an envirnornment with cigarettes, nor does my family. And that dress is a sample dress I got from when I interned at blondie nites and it never saw the light of day outside of a building or a house. So you must of really tried to get your moneys worth or you just like to complain, i’m always amazed at what posh people with make up.
