New York & Co. black v-neck collar tie back XS

New York and Company black dress. No sleeves, collared, v-neck design with straps to tie back at the waist. One side of the straps is longer than the other; you may be able to tie it to one side, didn’t try. Sized XS, it’s made out of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. All items are from a smoke and pet free home. The measurements written below were taken while the clothing was flat. Shoulders: 11 and 1/2in Neck to waist: 13 and 3/4in Waist to hem: 19 and 1/2in 7/9
