I hand painted these Mulan Toms! New with tags and never worn, sealed with a protective finish. I have more designs in my closet!
**every pair is slightly different since they’re painted by hand so just keep that in mind! Also, inside pattern will vary depending which Toms I buy! Please don’t offend me with low offers; you’ll be ignored.
