Madison scalloped lace skirt sz 14 stretch NWOT *R

Very pretty skirt made by Madison. Fully lined with lace overlay and scalloped bottom hem zipper and button on the side. Please look at all pics, the cover pic is correct color, my camera is not showing correct in other pics, it is emerald green not blue. Measures waist 18" and waist to hem is 22" size 14. New without tags and no flaws. *R
