Floral Skater Dress / Romper

I only wore this romper a couple of times. (Once in NYC as you can see) It is a little short on me since I'm about 5'8''-5'9'' The back has a peep hole where the straps cross. It looks like a mini dress but has shorts on the inside. No size tag but I remember buying this when it was marked as a Medium. There's a couple of loose threads on the shorts (see photo).
