Smak parlour zip-up cotton jacket heart design

Smak parlour brand from a high end boutique shop in center city Philadelphia pa. Purchased from this shop a tattoo convention. It is a zip up black and grey with hearts all over it for the design. It has ruffles around hood with solid black material inside hood. For pockets there’s like an elastic pull to it and the sleeves are three quarters long. It does come longer down from waist.
