Sage green blazer by Mattise Fashion. With the measurement I would say it’s a size M. Length 25, Armpit to armpit 20”, 3 light brown buttons in front & 2 on the sleeve. Color: Sage green. The camera didn’t do a good job with bringing out the real color, blazer is finer than in the pix. Never worn
