Unique, new dress with open shoulder sleeves!! Size: Medium Color: Cream with brown tassels on the open shoulders Condition: New with Tags, BUT there are a few stains as shown in photos, and a very small hole shown as well. I have no reason the believe the hole cannot be easily hidden since the fabric gathers.
