healanijewelry @juanita671 hi you can use a piece of string and wrap it around the widest part of your knuckles as if you were slipping on a bracelet. Then take the piece of string and measure it with a ruler to find of many inches. That is your size for bangles.

healanijewelry @eddiecroes Hello, these are gold plated bracelets so they will tarnish faster if you use it while swimming, bathing, getting wet etc. They should be wiped down and stored when not in use. Wipe down daily after using to prolong the coating of the jewelry.
