dressmethrifted @zjx83 Hi. The dress has spandex and stretches. Un-stretched the hips measure 19 across and the waist measures 16 across. It is from a UK company the tag reads UK sz 14 and US sz 10.

dressmethrifted @realcuteclothes The smallest I have right now is an 8 and I would have to say no. The material isn't the thin spandex, it's a thicker more sturdy fabric
