@laura_christman yes the material has stretch and it’s flows as well. I have this dress myself and I could not find a material tag inside. But it’s very comfortable.

@kmaggio89 actually I love to wear this dress! There is an elastic waistband and it flows down. I am larger in the waist and I love the look and flow of this dress. Very comfortable too!
