goglamgirl @rosie1942 I get tons of messages and am just now seeing your comment since your comment isn't associated with the item u purchased. Are you talking about the JCrew shoes? They are brand new and have never been worn. I wasn't aware of any issues with the zippers as they have never been tried on or worn - they were purchased for resale. Please file a claim with Poshmark versus trying to force the zipper. It could be the zipper needs oiling (like WD-40),
