thetruelucylu Hello why are all the strands twisted? The strands are suppose to be loose and flat. Could you post more pictures with the strands the way they are supposed to look.

cassiemoi @thetruelucylu oh they just twist around anytime you wear it but they aren’t like tangled or anything you just have to move them around the clasp to have them all straight again. I’m not home for a couple days but yea I can post a straight one
