@lisasimone85 They are an 8.5 but maybe with an in sole and heel guard it might make them smaller. Not sure though.

@ljcj1008 I have no idea. Most shoe stores or shoe repair shops can widen shoes out though. I worked for a shoe company for years and we were always stretching shoes for customers.
