This is a 10mm blue Austrian crystal set on 18k plated gold. The sides are filled with little pave simulated diamonds and there is a little extra stone at the base of the crown. The fire from this stone is gorgeous and it's very easy to wear. See pictures for details, ring is stamped inside.

Is there any way this or any other rings can be sized down to a 4.75 (or even a 5)?

@joanna_flowers I would check with a jeweler but I don't think rings that are plated or filled can be sized, only solid. I have some beautiful size 5 rings but unfortunately not on this model.
