Navy blue and white polka dot drop sleeve blouse. Vintage J. Jill, 100% rayon, great drape, classic pattern. There is the smallest seam test at the neck, pictured, but barely noticeable. Eyelet enclosure and back center seam. Pit to pit 23”, length 24”.
