Off Shoulder Dress

A deep teal off shoulder shirt dress with Peter Pan like collar. Super soft fabric and in great condition. It shrank when I washed it and is just a tad too short for my long legs. Straps are adjustable and waist is elastic. Length (minus the straps) is about 28 inches. No size tag, but is small/medium.
