lissaloves @bean5669 @desiredcloset I HAVE to do that much cardio bc I constantly have to work at keeping my weight. I stop the cardio in the Winter and then gain everything back. I just don’t have that extra energy in the Winter when it’s dark, gloomy, and depressing!
