twinsis1_ I purchased the other pair of these exact boots from this seller on 6/18/19 my credit card was charged immediately as expected but boots still have not shipped it’s been 8 days. Posh policy is after 8 days you are allowed to cancel order which I did. BUT beware your credit refund will take up to 8 days - Just Beware if you order from this seller - who know if or when you would get these boots and no updates from seller only email from Posh explaining policy on delay shipping. Very disappointed

twinsis1_ From POSH.. credit takes 10-14 days while you are charged immediately I understand BEWARE this seller does not ship your items in a timely manner 😐 Please note that we send the funds back to your bank immediately when an order is cancelled, but it typically takes 10-14 business days for your bank to post it on your statement. Therefore please allow up to 1 full billing cycle for it to post to your statement.

klesak @twinsis1_ we just found out - otherwise we would have let you know - that our shipping department used the wrong label to ship your boots and they are now with another buyer. Again, if we would have known about the error we would have reached out. Boots were shipped out within 24 hours. The other buyer just reached out to us that they have two packages.
