My aunt is 5'4" and 92 lbs (unfortunately she has been loosing lots of weight with celiac diease) she got a small in the navy blue color the back hits her mid butt. But she likes it short so she went with the small instead of medium. These are ment to be slouchy/baggy & The sleves are 3/4. I think it would work for you.
