Sterling silver unique multi loop bracelet

Beautiful and unique. One-of-a-kind as I have never seen it again since purchasing it 2 years ago. Sterling silver with some intricate type of detail on the loops. Toggle closure. Excellent condition. I cannot remember the designers name.
