@ladytexan material length to groin is about 31”. Full length down the side (armpit to end) is about 51”. Straps are adjustable. Bust is about 24” and waist is about 22”. Waist and bust measurements were taken without stretching the elastic. It looks like there is about a comfortable 3 inch stretch but could go up to 5 inches.
