@pamelasmith__ hi! We will get this sorted out. I’ll contact Poshmark and let them know - you need to do the same. Go to my purchases and then click on the shoes and click problem with order. Then explain what’s happening. Also I want you to know that I didn’t get your address wrong - the address is the address you put in to Poshmark. I don’t create the label. The label is automatically created based on the info you provide on Poshmark when you set up your account.
