Vanity - tank top with a layered look

This top is definitely one of my favs and hard to let go. It’s SO cute on! It has a wavy, kind of a ruffle look along the bottom and a built in white racer back style tank making it have a layered look to it. There is a little stretch around the mid section but ultimately this tank is Very little. It is definitely an XS with not a lot of wiggle room. It would most likely not fit on someone with a bustier top. Unfortunately it just doesn’t fit me anymore.
