@homejenny Hi Jenny, they are standard. If you have a thinner foot I’d suggest sizing a half size down. But my model found it to be true to size I had my three girls try them on 😊 including myself.

However, if you are able to run in a size 6.5, I would choose a 6.5 here because if your able to run with extra space, you should have no problem walking with the space. Hope that helps 😊
