Magnificent custom setting by JBStar. Made in 18k and platinum. 2.85 total diamond carat weight. Color G/H, clarity VS. This brand is the Rolls Royce of quality. (There was a nice 2 ct emerald cut diamond in the middle 10x6. This is not included in the sale.). A reputable jeweler can order a pronged setting sized for your diamond. This mount retailed for 17,900 in 2000. It is still being sold by JBStar retailers. Selling due to sons motor cycle accident that left him paralyzed.

@thebahphomet Yes, you are spot on about the emerald cut! My diamond is vvs and H color and clean. This mount would look beautiful with round or princess cut as well. I took the existing head mount and put in a simple Tacori setting purchased on eBay.

@blairsbags92 I had every intention of texting you today. I work in Retail and it has been non stop this week! No lunch this entire week! A 2 1/4 Carat diamond should work. My emerald cut was a long skinny cut I think about 6.5 x 10.5. It would be best to take the setting to a good reputable jeweler who knows how to reset diamonds. You may want to take the info given here about the JBStar setting along with your diamond to a few jewelers to see how they’d go about setting your diamond.
