veseladimitrov @babsannc7 hey love so I went on our Amazon page getting a feedback for your sizing questions and most of the ladies suggested to go up one size from your regular size so if you usually wear XL I would suggest to get XXL but also depends on your body structure and how you like leggings to feel like more tight or freely. hope this will help

veseladimitrov @bboop715 this is a but lift style and the way it works is that there is a thin mesh under need the leggings that tightens all other areas but the but so when you put them on the but looks lifted. the pictures showes the cut of area from the inside of the leggings
