New with Defects - PD City Scape Silvet Necklace

This was purchased on Poshmark (without the matching 11” removable strand/bracelet) and was advertised as “New, never worn”. It was received with some tarnishing. 😢 I won’t wear it with the tarnishing, but thought this might not be an issue to someone else. I’ve included pictures to show the extent of the damage.
