aaaalllleeee @zlarisa I don’t have the official material content, unfortunately. Based on the fineness of the woven design, the typical materials for this designer, and the look and feel of the scarf, my best guess is that it’s best-quality lambswool. aaaalllleeee @jennhen4 I know what you mean about needing more pics. It’s tricky to photograph this almost-white, super-delicate knit work! jennhen4 @aaaalllleeee Hi! I was just wondering how it would look draped as a shawl. Front and back. I am getting married in early spring... but it will be in the mountains and possibly cold. I think fur might be too wintry looking ... so this might work! My dress is champagne ... so I think this might be perfect. When you say delicate... do you mean it's easy to ruin?

aaaalllleeee @jennhen4 Ah, best wishes for your engagement! Do you have a color reference for your dress, like the Pantone color, the HEX code, or the decimal code? Or how about a commonly-available paintchip? I’ll try to photograph what I mean about the delicacy of the knit.

jennhen4 @aaaalllleeee I don't have a swatch or anything. I do know the underlay is champagne color and the lace overlay is ivory. It almost looks like the color of aged lace, if that makes sense. I can check the tag in the morning to see what it says....

I'm more than happy to do my part in deciding whether or not this will work for you. Here's what I have so far... For the color, I've photographed it outside at 10:30 am on a clear day in the Northeast. If you can think of a color reference to use, like any common product or book, then I'll be happy to include it in a picture.

aaaalllleeee @jennhen4 (2/2) For drapiness as a shawl, it's shown with and without a breeze and draped in a few ways. For the delicacy, here are two new close-ups. I weighted it on a kitchen scale at 2.99 ounces. So, how far does this information bring us? What more would be helpful?
