Pleats in back ! Hits at about hips ! Outside feels like water repellent, but does not say so ! Color is gorgeous ! Very hard to photograph ! It’s blue , but kind of if they mixed blue and teal ??? Such a thing ??? I tried shade sun, inside outside ! It’s just being stubborn in photos ! Grrr ! 💙
