Neck ties in a pretty bow on left side. Side zip. Halter Dress is fully lined. Top material feels scarf like and is lightly padded and bottom is polyester/spandex blend. Approximately 15-1/2” from armpit to armpit. Black skirt is approximately 19-1/2” long. Approximately 13-1/2” flat at waist. Missing belt. Zipper works, but I had to use clothes pin on form as it was too tight to zip without possible damage.
